The 4^th General Assembly of MENBO was celebrated on 5^th November 2006, in Athens (Greece), at the Head Office of Global Water Partnership- Mediterranean. Besides addressing the ordinary statutory issues, the members formally approved the membership of:

Water Agency Oum Er Rbia (Morocco)
General Water Authority (Libya)
Ministry of Water and Energy (Lebanon)
