The Permanent Technical Secretary of MENBO, participated in the workshop organised by the World Bank in Turkey, on sectoral water allocation from 30^th to 31^st October 2013. The World Bank, faithful to its commitment with Turkey to promote a comprehensive and sustainable water policy, invited several countries to collaborate to convey their experience and recommendations to the Turkish government on the systems of allocation of water resources and water rights.
