On 9^th - 10^th January 2020, the OECD Water Governance Initiative held its 13^th meeting, at the OECD Conference Center, in Paris. The meeting gathered 80+ practitioners. The main themes addressed and discussed were the following:

• WGI’s contribution to Global Agendas, including the World Water Forum, SDGs and COP 25, amongst others.
• OECD representatives presented the OECD Action Plan on SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), and the OECD Programme on a Territorial Approach to the SDGs;
• Different sessions were dedicated to discussing water Governance in Africa, Peru, Asia, and as regards Indigenous people;
• Updates from the OECD Horizontal Water Programme were provided, namely on the reform of water policies in agriculture, on the governance of water regulators, on the benefits of the sustainable ocean economy for developing countries, and on water and climate change adaptation.
• Delegates participated in two Working Groups, on Indicators and on Capacity Development, aiming to advance the deliverables for the 9^th World Water Forum.
