The 5^th General Assembly of Menbo was celebrated in Rome, Italy, from 8^th to 10^th November 2007, on the occasion of the International Conference EURO-INBO on the implementation of the Water Framework Directive. This General Assembly approved the Membership of the following organisations: General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works, Turkey (DSI), and the Jordan Ministry of Water and Irrigation (MWI).
