The 2^nd General Assembly of MENBO took place in Istanbul on 11^th October 2004, at the premises of the University Kadir Has, Istanbul (Turkey). The Assembly was celebrated during the Capacity Building Symposium on Integrated Water Management and Irrigation. Besides addressing the ordinary statutory issues, the members of the Assembly approved the definitive version of the Statutes and formally approved the membership of:

• Israeli Water Commission
• Palestine Water Authority
• Agence de l’Eau du Sebou (Maroc)
