On Monday 27^th April, MENBO participated in the second brainstorming webinar organized by the Mediterranean Water Institute (IME), in cooperation with the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM), to further discuss on the sanitary situation generated by COVID-19. The Meeting brought together high level personalities from the Eastern Mediterranean countries in charge of water issues such as decision makers, operators, local authorities and regional organisations.

This first brainstorming which took place on 8^th April mobilized 22 participants, operators and experts, and in particular the French-speaking members of the IME from Algeria, France, Lebanon, Morocco and Tunisia who were able to discuss the emergency responses put in place in their respective countries in the face of the pandemic.
