Mr. Juan José Moragues, Vice-President of MENBO and Mr. Javier Ferrer, Permanent Technical Secretary of MENBO, participated in the 8^th EURO-INBO Conference that took place 22-24 of September in Megève (France). This event was organised by the “Group of European Basin Organizations for the Implementation of the Water Framework Directive” within the International Congress on Water in Mountains at the invitation of the French Water Agencies.
